As you enter the home with your personal smart code you are greeted with a quaint entry area with built in cubby’s for shoes and coats and a half bath. Down the hall you pass a fun dining area and master suite on the way to the living room and kitchen. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath. The master bath has two vanities and a spacious glass enclosed shower. The living room has vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft upstairs with a large sectional and a 50” LED smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound. The modern kitchen offers a wonderful place for you to cook pancakes in the morning or simply sit at the quartz island an enjoy a cup of coffee.
The Second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and a loft with a separate kids nook. It’s the perfect place to send the kiddos to wind down after a fun day at the beach. The second bedroom houses a king size bed perfect for adults. Your kids will love the third bedroom with twin over full bunks with a trundle. The loft has a queen pull out sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a 43” LED smart TV along with a few fun bean bags.
Outside you’ll find a wonderful place to relax with the family. The gas grill is a great place to cook up your favorite BBQ while the kids play in the afternoon sun filled expansive backyard.
